This is a long-term project to track bicycle collisions in the city.

The Road Safety Authority [maps](http://rsa.ie/RSA/Road-Safety/Our-Research/Collision-Statistics/Ireland-Road-Collisions/?ref=dublininquirer.com) some data for cycle collisions. But what about the smaller collisions that cyclists face day to day, which might put them off cycling, or hint that certain intersections might be unsafe for cyclists?

Do these smaller crashes happen in the same places over and over again? Do some intersections that need to be redesigned to keep cyclists safe? We’d like your help to try to work this out.

If you’ve been involved in a bicycle collision in the city, let us know the details by marking it on the map below, and filling in our form.

Zoom in if you need to, click on the spot where the accident happened, and then click “Next” in the top right corner of the map and answer a few questions.

### Mapped

Here are all the collisions reported so far.

*We couldn’t have got this up and running without the help of data wizard Mick O’Brien, who volunteered his skills.*
