A false alarm from the Barclay Crop Protection plant near Mulhuddart in July confused some locals, who didn't know what it was, what it meant, or how to get more information.
People on low incomes, with unstable housing, are bound to be most affected by more stringent policies for citizenship, says Lucky Khambule of the Movement of Asylum Seekers Ireland (MASI).
