Intel has a plant in Leixlip, and another in Israel. It's a major employer and taxpayer in Ireland, where its executives meet pretty regularly with senior government figures.
In my relatively short time in Dublin, one of the things that has impressed me most is the ability of the Irish to stand up for their rights. Across the political spectrum, on a variety of subjects, people of all ages and backgrounds get out onto the streets and make themselves heard on what matters to them. Long may it last!
I run Red Spéir, a Dublin studio working in print, digital and motion design for corporate and NGO clients. I also extensively work for the global music industry under my project Ryche Art. You can see more of my work at redspeir.com and on Instagram.
