Dublin City Council, again, bans poster to spare US president's feelings
Even a version which made no direct reference to Trump and removed his image, and simply read: “No welcome for warmongers” was turned down.
At this month’s housing committee meeting, councillors discussed the idea of tearing down thousands of homes in aging social-housing complexes and replacing them with new builds, among other issues.
Many council-owned apartments are sitting empty in ageing complexes scheduled to be torn down and rebuilt in the coming years. Some argue that people could live in them in the meantime.
